1. Purpose
This Content Policy defines what content is permitted and prohibited on the Muse In Motion platform. It applies to all content generated, stored, or transmitted through our Service, including AI-generated responses and user-uploaded media.
2. Prohibited Content
Zero-tolerance violations (immediate termination):
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated deepfakes
- Content depicting sexual violence, trafficking, or exploitation
- Content promoting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
Other prohibited content:
- Doxxing or sharing private personal information without consent
- Impersonation of real individuals without authorization
- Scams, fraud, or deceptive financial schemes
- Promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances
- Hate speech targeting protected characteristics
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
3. Platform-Specific Rules
In addition to this policy, all content must comply with the terms of service of the connected platform (OnlyFans, Fanvue, Fansly). If our policy conflicts with a platform's rules, the stricter standard applies.
4. AI Safety Measures
Our AI system includes built-in safety measures:
- Message Guard: Automated detection of 120+ banned words and patterns across 5 categories (platform names, contact info, financial data, extreme content, competitor names)
- Character Guard: AI behavior monitoring that detects and flags character breaks, identity disclosure, and template leaks
- Human-in-the-loop: All AI responses require human operator approval before sending
5. Reporting and Removal
To report prohibited content or request removal:

- CSAM reports are forwarded to NCMEC and relevant law enforcement
- Non-consensual intimate imagery removal requests are processed within 48 hours per the TAKE IT DOWN Act
- All reports are treated confidentially
6. Enforcement
Violations are handled based on severity:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Temporary suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
- Permanent termination: Zero-tolerance violations, serious or repeated offenses
We reserve the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
7. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Exemption
Muse In Motion does not produce, host, or distribute sexually explicit visual content. All content is created and owned by our users (agencies and creators). As a technology service provider, we are exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements. Users are responsible for maintaining their own 2257 compliance records where applicable.
